Appleton 12:1 Power Steering Rack
Power unit uses . 720" -30 spline U-Joint (sold separately) and measures 18. 25" center to center. a rack measuring 16. 25" center to center is also available for ASA cars. The servo is connected directly to the rack, making a more compact unit with shorter hoses and less weight. The Appleton Cylinder hooks up to the housing and to the rack eye, preventing cylinder damage from wheel contact. Available with tapered, 5/8" threaded or center pull rack eyes. NOTE: Please check with chassis manufacturer to ensure no clearance issues.

Adjustable ends for standard rack shafts slotted for bump steer adjustment. They bolt over the shaft and secure with 5/8" bolt.
